The plugin or script cannot do this for you (script from a parent page cannot access content of a framed page, it would be a very high security risk) but you can achieve the effect by adding a hash tag value to the URL you link to. For example: on the page https://some.dom/contact/, there is a contact for that resides in a div section with id=”content”, then you can link to that page with https://some.dom/contact/#content to make it open at the start of that div section… This will work inside an iframe as well as in a normal browser window.
