Possibility to choose the target of links

Good morning all, I wonder how do I choose the target links from banners slide. For now by default the links of banners can only open in the same window, which would be interesting and choose the link target option in the slide, I found this in the plugin, which for me is the best.

Is there any hack or way I can do this?
