Possibility of sending content to social media on timed scraping

Hello,
i am having problem with plugin that checks my post for duplicates (find-duplicates) because this plugin posts a post for a fraction of a second and then it deletes it if there is a duplicate, but next script publishes everything that gets published even if it is for a fraction of a second. Is there a way around this annoying problem? Can something be implemented that scans all posts on timed period eg. 5-10 min without doing it every time post gets published?

p.s. i have contacted find-duplicates plugin support but no one has answerd me.
