Possibility to add Freshping.io bot agent to firewall whitelist

1. Please make sure, if the all IP addresses from this list (https://support.freshping.io/support/solutions/articles/237620-why-are-my-checks-always-down-even-when-my-website-is-up-) are being added in your SpamFireWall Whitelist:
https://cleantalk.org/my/show_private?service_type=spamfirewall

2. Press the button “Synchronize with cloud” in the anti-spam plugin settings:
Go to WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> gray button on the top of the page).

As for adding the user-agents, please give us 1-2 business days for this.

many thx for this. I have already added the ip addresses to the spamfirewall whitelists of all the 40+ sites we manage from the ClearTalk dashboard – will they auto synchronize? Or must I go to each WP dashboard and follow your advice in 2. ?

Yes, plugins should automatically synchronize with the cloud within 15-20 minutes. But if you press the “Synchronize with cloud” button changes applied immediately.
