Is there a way or extension that helps me filtering out the owner of the website with dynamic IPs? A work around with a reverse listing of the used computer?

Or using a cron job to identify DDNS via dyndns?!

  • This would require some kind of application running on your computer, to determine your dynamic IP and send it to Slimstat. I would recommend filtering your own pageviews by “username” and staying logged into your website.

Yes, I agree. We are working on implementing a REST API for Slimstat, so eventually you might be able to edit your Slimstat settings remotely via some kind of app that queries dyndns. This would be kind of cool, indeed. However at this point we don’t have enough requests to justify the implementation of such feature.

    Thank you for your response.

It is more for client websites. I try to explain to them to logg in before they browse there own sites … it does not always work.

So I am looking forward to future updates to the plug in.
