Does the email can be pre-configured? I mean that people click on a link (or button) and this automatically sends an email to the customer service without entering any email address?

It is configurable as any other email on woocommerce panel; the email will be sent to an address previously set in admin panel, and, optionally, user can be added as a CC reviever
