Possible 302 redirect loop/server issues?

  • I think I’ve discovered that ShortPixel plugin has been causing crazy problems with a 302 redirect loop when [trying to] login to WP Admin!

    This issue was/is persistent on one existing website, but then I had crazy issues when installing ShortPixel on another website!! (it actually completely broke the site!!).

    I use ShortPixel on every site I build and have never experienced this.

    The two websites above pretty much have nothing in common – different themes, different hosting, even a completely different list of plugins.

    I can organise a faulty website if needed but it is a live site for a client and prefer it to be functioning where possible, of course.

    Hi @heyblondie,

    The best way to solve this is to find if there is a possible conflict between ShortPixel and other plugins.

    Could you please run a quick test? Please do the following:
    – Deactivate all plugins except ShortPixel.
    – Activate all plugins, one by one.
    – After each single activation, check if the issue still happens. This will help you identify what plugin causes this (if it is indeed another plugin).

    If that doesn’t help, please let us know.
