    Hi there,

I noticed a weird behavior of plugin:

(see screenshot on this link: https://kapuca.si/wpstatistics.png)

Today I notices that there are 10.000 new visitors. Thats strange, because there was usually not more than couple of hundreds per day.

I monitor page visit via Google Analytics as a backup and there isn’t listed so many users.

I thought that my page has tried been hacked, but there was no specific IP that was suspicious (more visits from one IP that from others).

Actually that 10,000 new visits, your visitor count is pretty consistent.

It’s probably a robot trying to index or scan your system for vulnerabilities.

We often see this kind of traffic ourselves, it usually passes after a day or so.

Probably a brute force password attack.
