    Hi,

I need some help. I set my privacy policy page and now the website ask me to Accept the privacy policy before I can see the website.

But there is a big problem! When I click on Accept on “Our Privacy Policy has been updated” page, the phrase “Updating…” continues loading and I can’t access to the website.

How can I fix it? Or maybe there is a way to skip the consent (users have already accepted the privacy policy).

I already tested all the plugins in search of incompatibilities but it’s all ok.

    Thank you!

    Hi @graficavillcom

The ajax call is probably failing. I’m working on a possible fix for the next release. For now, go into your settings and deselect the privacy policy page.

It’s not ideal but it is better than nothing until I release the next version.

    Thank you!

I will wait for the next release!

I have the exact same problem. Your hard work on the plugin is very much appreciated.
I hope you will be able to fix it.

    Thank you!

    Hi @fclaussen,

Sadly I found another bug in the release, hope it will be useful for you for the next releases.

In the registration page, instead of the privacy checkbox:

“Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in …plugins/gdpr/includes/class-gdpr.php on line 330”

I hope you will be able to fix it.

    Thank you, bye bye!

Do you have any consent registered in your settings?

    Hi @fclaussen,

No, at the moment I have not. I need to use your plugin only for a few settings.

That’s the reason. We ship the plugin with a privacy policy consent. Did you manage to remove that somehow? That would cause a problem in the current version of the plugin.

Not so much for the next release.

Sorry @fclaussen, I think I did not understand your previous question.

I have set a privacy policy. It’s the only consent I need. I have not cookies consent instead.

With other websites that are running previous version of your plugin and previous version of WordPress all is fine.

But with the latest versions of WP and the plugin I get that error (besides the ajax bug).

I’m waiting for the new release hoping it will fix all the problems. I am a great fan of your plugin if it is works fine!
