• Hi,

My page is not public due to corporate directive. Apologies.

1 – Been having trouble editing site. (I AM outside of firewall if that makes a difference).

2 – I can edit CSS page within sites back-end. I can also SAVE those changes.

3 – I changed the background color of an H2 element. This seems like an easy way to may sure I am reaching the site.

4 – I cleared the caches and browser histories of three browsers.

5 – The change took effect on one browser (Safari) – both in front-end and back-end.

6 – In Chrome & Firefox – the change took effect on the front-end UNTIL I logged into the back-end. The page THEN reverted to the old style.

I can’t seem to get this to STOP happening. I have cleared all cached within the site and on my browsers.

The site is behind a sucuri firewall. But don’t understand if that has any effect – not why the change works on Safari – but not the other two browsers.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Are you doing caching on the server, too? If so, try disabling that *and* the caching at Sucuri. That will help tell you where the issue is.
