• Hi Frank,

I use a CRM plugin (Zero BS) and its recently updated but appears to be conflicting with AO. Ordinarily, I would just blame the new version of the plugin but I am really confused with this.

What happens is that the page fails to load correctly in the backend. If I clear AO cache, the page immediately loads but if I reload the page, it fails to load again. I’ve never seen this before. I have cleared all browser cache, etc and then went through plugins one by one until I found the problem with AO. Disabling AO results in a normal operation but as soon as I re-enable it, I am back to the same problem.

Any ideas on where to go from here? Pointers for me or the ZBS dev? Just confused and looking for some help. Thanks in advance.

well, that’s the thing; AO doesn’t optimize the backend (/wp-admin/)?

    can you share some screenshots?

I can’t really show screenshots Frank because it has financial info on it. I’m happy to share privately of course but can’t publicly.

But to follow up, it seems very strange that AO doesn’t optimize /wp-admin/ but when clearing cache, the page displays correctly.

I should note, I am also using KeyCDN Cache Enabler.

well, when clearing AO cache, AO will (try to) clear page cache’s cache as well

I am also using KeyCDN Cache Enabler.

so when you clear CE’s cache, does that (also) fix the issue?
