    Hi there,
I’ve just started using the Image Optimizer, Resizer and CDN – Sirv plugin and have noticed if I activate images on the thank you page they don’t display correctly (broken images displayed).

Looking at the broken images it seems Thank You Page Customizer is attempting to show the 150×150 image, whereas Sirv displays the standard image and resizes it to fit.

So trying to show ‘image-150×150.jpg’ results in a broken image as Sirv only has ‘image.jpg’ resulting in a 404 error.

Is there anyway to fix this do you think?

I hope this makes sense, if you have any idea of a workaround or way to fix the problem I’d really appreciate it.

    Kind regards,
    JP

    Hello @japenz,

You can copy and paste the shortcode as [sirv-gallery id=”{id}”].

    Hi @mytrinh
Thank you for getting back to me ??

Sorry I’m not sure how you mean.
I’ve set up the thank you page in the Design / customizer area and in the Order Details block I tick the ‘Display Product Image’ box.

Is there another way to do it, and if so where do I copy and paste the shortcode?

Thanks again, I really appreciate your help!

    Hi,

You can change the size of product image via ‘Product Image width’ option in the customizer

    Hi @mytrinh,

Unfortunately changing the size here doesn’t alter the size of the image being called.
I assume the plugin is specifically requesting the image thumbnail (150×150) perhaps?
I tried upping the size to a full sized image, thinking I could then use some custom css to then resize it. But it still showed the ‘image-150×150.jpg’ broken image.

I’m also in touch with Sirv support, and they’ve mentioned they’d be happy to help work on a fix if you’d like to contact them [email protected].

Thanks again for all your help ??

    Hi @mytrinh,

    Really appreciate this buddy!

If you can contact me directly at [email protected] I’ll send you a link to a dummy order thank you page so you can take a look.

Once you’ve had a chance to check it out, let me know and I’ll deactivate Sirv so you can see how it looks without the CDN.

    Kind regards,
    JP
