Possible Conflicts With Other Plugins ?

I have this plugin installed on two of my sites, which use the Moesia theme. On both of the sites, the Buttons Shortcode and Widget plugin is installed, and displays properly with the TinyMCE Unrestrictor plugin also enabled; BUT when I install the Column Shortcodes plugin on the second site, all of my TinyMCE buttons dissappear from my WYSIWYG editor.
I am currently using the WordPress 4.3 beta 3 nightly build on both of my sites. Could it be possible that the TinyMCE Unrestrictor plugin is creating the conflicts I’m having with other plugins, that integrate themselves within the TinyMCE editor?
(Your plugin hasn’t been updated in over a year…should I abandon it?)
