Possible for Shortcode form to show in every document content

    There is a form that I want to show in every content section of the documents page. This form has a shortcode. It is important because inside the form I created a way to get notifications of when the form is about to expire. View image of where I am talking about this and what the form would ask. Form Questions and The content here

    Maybe there is another way to add the form to this page?

    I’m not quite understanding your goal. Are you wanting to add these customized questions to the edit screen for a doc, or have the form shown when someone is just viewing the doc?

    Add customized questions to the doc. But I have a work around that will work for my needs. I am going to ask another question though instead in another question.
