Possible in local – Wamp

Hi !

I am trying to embed pdfs in post.
I am working on my site in local with wamp.

It works very well with extern pdf links. But when I try to use internal links such as https://localhost… I got an error message “sorry we coud not find…”.

What mistake do I make ?
