Looks like the plug-in may interact oddly with wp.com Configure>Plugins section.

I happened to be tidying up my WordPress.com account settings when the new stuff arrived. Playing with the Plugin management, I spotted that on one site the active/inactive markers didn’t match the actual situation. After trying to change one plug-in on wp.com, I went back to the ‘real’ site admin and found all those plug-ins I had set to a default of ‘off’ in Plugin Organizer had been deactivated!

Bit of a pain going through re-activating but no disaster. Only spotted on this one site, where I had played with wp.com tools, so if you don’t touch the management options on wp.com its probably OK.

Hope that makes sense. Running WP 4.3.1 on PHP 5.5

Thanks for the plug-in anyway – a great tool.
