• Hello, I have an issue when tried to go and edit page of already created pages editor comes in white blank. Advanced Custom Fields PRO version has been used to creating all the pages. Now the plugin cannot be updated to the latest version until license key is added. Could I know above mentioned issue is present due to not updating the plugin to the latest version or could it be something else? When enabled debugging features it gave me several deprecate warnings of the above plugin. Quick reply would be a great help. Please let me know if further details are required. ??

    WordPress version : 5.4.4
Advance Custom Fields PRO version: 5.8.7

(This website is not created by me. Im offering my support to maintain the website on behalf of the owner)

    Thanks in advance.

Try asking ACF Pro support, since you are asking for help with commercial product.

If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

If you are getting a white screen – check your PHP error logs, it may give you better error messages to figure out whats exactly happening

Thank you so much for the quick reply @yui. I have already raised support ticket for them as well. When checked with debug mode on I received deprecated warnings all pointed to the plugin.

    Thank you again!
