Possible problem with plug-in

Hi! I’m just getting a new WooCommerce store up and running, and your plug-in looks perfect for handling shipping costs. I’ve installed it and tested it out in the cart. When I click calculate shipping, enter the location information, and hit “Update Totals”, the page goes blank. If I reload it, the cart with the shipping prices appears.

I’m assuming the plug-in is causing the issue because I don’t have any others installed yet and I don’t have the blank page problem when I deactivate it. I wondered if you have any idea what the issue could be and how to fix it?
