• Resolved Bolder Elements

Somehow I seem to have accidentally installed this on a site that does not ship physical goods so I don’t need it. However I cannot seem to get rid of it. I have a network site, and currently the plugin is enabled on the main site. I have clicked the ‘Deactivate’ link and also have checked the box and selected ‘Deactivate’ under Bulk Actions. The page refreshes and the plugin is still active. I cannot delete it from the Network settings so long as it is active on the main site.

Naturally I just went it through FTP and deleted the files, but it would be great to check if its a bug and get it resolved. Thank you

    Hi there,

I just tried to replicate this issue you described.

I installed WooCommerce Services to my network, network activated the plugin, then deactivated: no problem. No page refresh, the plugin is not active.

Then I enabled WooCommerce Services just on my main site in the network and then disabled: no problem, either I chose Deactivate under the plugin or from Bulk Actions. Am I missing something?

Have you checked if there is any theme or plugin conflict on your site(s), that might make WooCommerce Services to act weird, maybe?

    Cheers,

Thanks for responding. Glad to hear it works on your end, I’m not sure why it only happens with this plugin and not my others but I guess it’s not much of a big deal then. I’m not worried about finding the conflict because I don’t need it to work for my purpose but if I come across it again, I’ll let you know ??
