Possible to add a button + url after clicking a photo?

Wanted to start by saying I absolutely love your plugin. Easy to use and no unnecessary bloat!
My question: I have a website where I host the portfolios of different artists. I am looking for the following functionality, but I can’t figure it out at the moment.
1) User clicks on an image to see the full-screen version
2) After seeing the full-screen image, a button appears which the user can click so the user will be sent to a different page (= the artist page).I noticed it is possible to add a URL to each image. However, when I do so, the user will immediately be sent to the specific URL, instead of seeing a full-screen image first.
Is it possible to achieve the button-url-structure with your plugin?

You can enable Click Action – Popup. Then you will be able to click on images to open them in the popup gallery. https://visualportfolio.co/documentation/portfolio-blocks/items-click-action/
Then you can add a description to the images that will be displayed in popup gallery. Example:
