Hello Jeff! Your plugin is awesome, and the most lightweight form plugin I’ve found! I’m an Elementor user, and it would really be helpful to be able to place and style the form directly from within Elementor. Could you add a widget for Elementor to the plugin?

Hey @jazir5, yeah it may be possible if there is some documentation specific to Elementor, or anything beyond just adding a regular WP widget? That would enable me to take a closer look and see if possible.

Sure no problem! Here’s the Elementor Developer documentation for adding widgets:

Thanks, that looks very do-able. Will try to add it in the next plugin update. Cheers, @jazir5.

Just saw your note about Contact Form X being better than this plugin, if that remains true, could you add an Elementor widget for Contact Form X as well or instead?

Is Contact Form X’s pagespeed performance still better than Contact Coldform? The zip size for Contact Form X is like 2x of Contact Coldform, so I don’t know whether that extra weight is just on the backend side of the plugin or if that will negatively effect frontend performance to the point where Contact Coldform performs better.
