  • Hi Sam,

You can absolutely use BCC functionality in your emails, and it’s actually the default behavior for notifications.

For example, if you were to open the form builder, go to Settings > Notifications, and add two email addresses (comma-separated) to the Send To Email Address field, a completely separate email would be sent out to each of those email addresses. The recipients will not be able to see one another’s email addresses as these emails will not be connected in any way.

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, please know that as a paid license holder you have access to our private email support. This will allow us to provide you with faster and more thorough support for any questions you may have.

    Thanks! ??

    Thanks. I didn’t realize.

Didn’t realize either (until reading this thread). I recommend adding a tip or some other visual in the admin section that explains this.

    Hi Revived,

I definitely agree, and one of the improvements our team is working on is adding more tips/guidance/links to related docs for items like this.

In this case, for example, it might be helpful if our form email settings included a to our notification setup tutorial for more details and an easy reference source.

    Thanks for the suggestion! ??
