Possible to add modules to the Posts Categories Screen?

I need to add a fixed amount of settings to the categories.
Not as a plugin but as a theme setting.
If possible directly in the Posts Categories Screen, but maybe it can be done only from the theme settings screen…

I haven’t found anything on the web.
Someone knows a plugin that do something similar?
