Possible to add PhotoBlog Page on regular Blog?

So… I’m am still installing and setting up my site. it is up & running ( I don’t really have content in there yet… ) But my question is:

Is it possible for me to create another page within my blog specifically for photo-blogging?

My site is https://www.midwestcountrychic.com and right now, I have a static page ( about me ) , a Blog page, a Guide-How to, and a Recipe’s page. I am wanting to add another page but it is for photo blogging and I just don’t know if this is possible.

Also, I am considering purchasing Premium Thesis Theme for WordPress. I read somewhere, that it is easy to work with to customize my blog and not ‘techy’ experience is really required… What do you think… should I give it a try, have you ever tried it?
