Possible to back up without a host?

    I replaced 1 of my website’s domain name through my host.
    After replacement, I can no longer access to my previous settings.
    I am given new sets of password and id.

    Can I access my previous settings?
    I logged into my previous domain name and found out someone else is using it.

    Pls advise me what steps I should proceed with.
