Possible to change inventory-related text?

    I’m selling classes, not products. Will StoreCustomizer let me change the text associated with inventory? That is, instead of saying something like “10 in stock,” and “Out of stock.” I’d like it to say “10 slots remaining” and “No class scheduled.” I’d much rather do this in a plugin than create a child theme.
