Possible to change "on behalf of" ticket creation?

    There are times when i would like to create a ticket for a user and have it shown as created by ME, not their username.

    Right now it’s “on behalf of user” – so when the user views the ticket, it shows that it was created by them.

    Is there an easy way to change it so that i can have it shown that it was created by me? (whatever my username is) instead of the user?

    Please don’t create duplicate threads. It’s an interesting feature request, and I’ll make sure that an upcoming update addresses the issue for you. However, in the meantime, to answer your question, yes, there’s an extremely simple short-term solution to show that you created it and not the user. Just write inside of the ticket when you’re creating it, something like:

    [CREATED BY ADMIN ON YOUR BEHALF]
