Possible to filter out current post/page from list?

Is it possible to remove the post or page currently being viewed from the list?

For example, if we have a list post widget with 3 posts.
A
B
C

When we visit post A’s single view, the list should look like this
B
C
D

(A is omitted, because that’s the content we are currently looking at, so it is irrelevant. D is added at the end so the list is still 3 posts long.)
