Possible to get more than A-Z? We’d in Sweden like A-?

    Hi!
    After installation and setup i get a A-Z index with search etc, all nice looking ??
    But for my customet who wants to build a lexikon page, we need to cover A-?, after A-Z we need 3 m?re letters, our ?, ? and ? as well.

    Looked through settings etc but can’t se any settings supporting that.
    So while we’re waiting/hoping for them in future updates, we have look elsewhere for a plugin that supports ??? as well.
