Possible to have anchor points in blog?

  • Hi,

    I’m helping make a blog for a friend, and they’d like to have a Glossary page, where one of the side columns lists the word, and when they click on it it brings them down to the word + definition. any recommendations on how i do this? i’d really appreciate a point in the right direction…

  • This is simple anchoring, and although someone answered a post I asked about this, it doesn’t work.
    So the simple answer is, you don’t seem to be able to do page anchors in wordpress

    Huh? Page anchors in WordPress are the same as page anchors in any other webpage. You just make the anchor link to #anchorname. Nothing complicated to it.
