Possible to have different content in nav menu?

Using the nav menu plugin/widget, is it possible to change the content of that menu on a page by page basis? for example, if I have a ten page site promoting two distinctly different areas of interest, can I have two nav menus – one that links to pages 2-5 and another that links to pages 6-10?
