possible to hide guestbook posts?

    is it possible to keep guestbook posts hidden al all times?
    The idea would be for:
    – guestbook posts to remain hidden at all times
    – the funeral house (who run the website) to keep record of all posts related to one specific deceased person and than send them all by email to the family of the deceased.

    Or how can such be achieved?

    Also, is your premium version just for one website/domainname? of is it a lifetime one-time purchase?

    Please advise.
