Possible to keep sharecount on a new WP install and did not change links?

    Hello, I have just updated my website to a new theme and layout which included deleting my databases and re-installing a new version of wordpress from scratch. I am trying to install your Shareaholic plugin from your website by going to the following:

    My Sites > Settings > Installation > Start Plugin Installation.

    Then when I activate the site it gives me a different Site ID. I was hoping to keep my share count as I have not changed any links whatsoever and did not migrate to a new domain.

    Is this possible to keep my share counts if I do not change the link structure on the same domain with a new installation of wordpress?
