Possible to like @ and # to Instagram?

    Sorry, the hashtagger plugin is not designed to link hashtags to external sites. It is made to use hashtags in WP.

    Linking to Instagram users could be solved with hashtagger. Go to Settings -> #hashtagger and link @usernames to users website. Then e.g. create a user cats and set the users website to https://www.instagram.com/cats. Now you can use @cats to link to Instragram.
