Live Twitter Feed Possible on WP Page?

  • Does anyone know whether or not it is possible to have a live Twitter chat on a page of a WP site? I’m looking to do something like this site:

    https://chats.fitblogchats.com/live

    So far, I’m only coming across plugins and widgets for the sidebar. I’d like to have a page where people can see a running feed of tweets for a specific hashtag, and add their own tweets right there.

    Any direction or suggestions is appreciated!
