Possible to make comments continue on another page?

I have made a guestbook from a WordPress template. Is it possible after, let’s say, 7 comments are posted, to put the 8th on another page? I do not want 30 people to sign the guestbook and have a long, long, scroll to the bottom. I’m not a programming guru so thanks for your expertise.
