Possible to make page title a ?

Hi,
Is it possible to edit this theme so that the title of this page, ( https://www.justmylook.co.uk/blog/2018/01/new-and-exclusive-to-justmylook-unico/) where is says “New and exclusive to Justmylook – Unico”, is within <h1> tags?
The only alternate method of having a h1 on this page is to have the title appear twice.
