Possible to only show specific PDF documents

You can create/display a posts table that displays all the files in your site’s Media Library by using the post_type option (post_type=”attachment”) in the posts table shortcode.

Then add/create a custom taxonomy (see How to create custom taxonomies) and at least 1 term for it, so that you can Create a post table with specific posts based on Custom taxonomy term to narrow down the attachment post types displayed/listed to only the ones you want to.
