Hi, I generated the short code for two separate galleries and inserted the short code for both galleries in one page – only one gallery displays. I tried the second short code on a separate page and it displays fine.

Is it not possible to insert two (or more) galleries on the same page?

    Thanks in advance…

    Dear streettb,

It should work. Can you please give us a link to your Photo Gallery page so as we can have a look at issue ?

    Thanks for the reply:

Here’s is the page with the two photo galleries (first one displays; nothing displays for the second one under the headline “Social Justice Arts Night”: https://thegubbioproject.org/press/photos/)

Perhaps there’s a conflict in the shortcodes generated? Here they are for reference:

    Gallery one:
    [Best_Wordpress_Gallery gallery_type=”slideshow” theme_id=”1″ gallery_id=”1″ sort_by=”order” slideshow_effect=”fade” slideshow_interval=”5″ slideshow_width=”800″ slideshow_height=”500″ enable_slideshow_autoplay=”0″ enable_slideshow_shuffle=”0″ enable_slideshow_ctrl=”1″ enable_slideshow_filmstrip=”1″ slideshow_filmstrip_height=”70″ slideshow_enable_title=”0″ slideshow_title_position=”top-right” slideshow_enable_description=”0″ slideshow_description_position=”bottom-right” enable_slideshow_music=”0″ slideshow_music_url=”0″ watermark_type=”none” watermark_link=”0″]

    Gallery two (not displaying):
    [Best_Wordpress_Gallery gallery_type=”slideshow” theme_id=”1″ gallery_id=”2″ sort_by=”order” slideshow_effect=”none” slideshow_interval=”5″ slideshow_width=”800″ slideshow_height=”500″ enable_slideshow_autoplay=”0″ enable_slideshow_shuffle=”0″ enable_slideshow_ctrl=”1″ enable_slideshow_filmstrip=”1″ slideshow_filmstrip_height=”70″ slideshow_enable_title=”0″ slideshow_title_position=”top-right” slideshow_enable_description=”0″ slideshow_description_position=”bottom-right” enable_slideshow_music=”0″ slideshow_music_url=”0″ watermark_type=”none” watermark_link=”0″]

    Dear streettb,
There is another plugin you use which JQuery version gives conflict with our plugin.
Could you please give us (to [email protected]) admin access to your site, by indicating the forum post link in your email subject. We’ll try to fix the problem as soon as possible.

    Dear streettb,
The problem is a conflict with the slideshow under the section “GUBBIO PHOTOSTORY”. The slideshow loads an old (1.5.1) version of jQuery, which is incompatible with our Photo Gallery. If you remove the old jQuery, multiple Photo Galleries will work properly. As we can see, the slideshow is hardcoded in the theme. You can remove the slideshow and use Photo Gallery slideshow instead. You can get the same size and transition effect, so I don’t see any reasons to use both.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.
