The blank page page between the click on the submit button and the display of the thank you page is quite long. Is it possible to simply add a loading?

    Thank you

Normally there is no blank page displayed anywhere. You can verify this by setting up a test WP site and testing again using only USP active. What I am guessing based on the description is that there is some plugin that is interfering somehow. Is the site using any other plugins?

    Obviously we use other plugins.
I don’t blame the plugin for anything, it does the job, the delay may be due to the website. But I would like to know if it is possible to put a loader during the validation of the form and if so, where to put it?
    Thank you

    “Obviously we use other plugins.”

Not all sites do, which is why I ask.

“I don’t blame the plugin for anything, it does the job, the delay may be due to the website.”

Yes the delay is due to some other factor, like some other plugin or theme. It’s very common for plugins to interact and affect one another. You can verify that USP does not have any blank-page/delay by testing on default WP setup.

“But I would like to know if it is possible to put a loader during the validation of the form and if so, where to put it?”

It’s not a current feature of the plugin. But with WP anything is possible with some custom code (e.g., JavaScript or jQuery). If you decide to go the custom route, you can disable the default USP JavaScript in the plugin settings (look for “Include JavaScript” one of the first options).

I hope this helps. Let me know if any further questions, feedback, etc. Glad to help anytime. Thanks
