• Hello

    In this post, Cristián Lávaque says that the ability to keep individual ccaps at EOT is “under construction”. However, that post is dated April 2012 so I was just wondering if any progress had been made with this?

    I couldn’t see any mention of it in
    Dashboard -> s2Member (Pro) -> API / Scripting -> Custom Capabilities (Packages)
    or
    Dashboard -> s2Member (Pro) -> PayPal Options -> Automatic EOT Behavior

    In my situation, User1 will purchase an annual subscription to productA. Some months later, they might also purchase an annual subscription for productB. This is being achieved via proforms with corresponding ccaps.

    If an EOT is reached for productA, I would like to remove the productA ccap, but keep the ccap for productB. Is this possible?

  • I think that’s actually the default behavior. At least, that’s my reading of
    Dashboard -> s2Member (Pro) -> PayPal Options -> Automatic EOT Behavior
    but you should check on the Pro forum at s2member.com – Help – Contact a Human.

    From what I remember, you simply cannot have two concurrent subscriptions. You can have multiple purchased ccaps but not in subscription mode.

    However, it used to be that if a user had one subscription, and had purchased a few other ccaps, individually for other products, at the end of the subscription, ALL ccaps were removed. However, recently I have noticed a change in that behavior and only the ccap associated with the subscription has been removed (and a note is added in the Administrative notes about it).
