Possible to retrieve comments marked as spam?

I was looking through the list of comments on my site and the first page of comments were all spam. I checked them all and chose mark as spam. For some reason, it also marked some of the comments on the next page too as spam and those comments are gone now. I had looked at each comment on the first page individually so I know they weren’t on the first page. Is there any way to retrieve them?
