Possible to show posts published in the future in archive or category view?

  • I was wondering if it is possible to show published articles that are dated in the future? I’m using “Ultimate Category Excluder” plugin which would keep it out of the main index / home.php . The reason why the articles are dated in the future is because they are upcoming book releases. I would like to have that category “upcoming book releases” displayed by date….even the ones that are dated in the future (October 2007, November 2007). Any ideas on this is appreciated!

  • Since you ‘filter’ them off your main page, why date them in the future? Otherwise you might be looking at changing core files (or hope to find a plugin that does what you want).

    I would like the articles in that category to be sorted by the date of release of the books, so viewers can see whats coming up for new releases? Maybe it’s not feasible, so I won’t pursue that avenue. thanks!
