Possible to speed up auto-suggest locations as user types?

Great plugin!!

When we are using the map search to find a place, like a business name for example, the Leaflet auto suggest is really nice feature! Makes is super easy to populate the address info just by finding and choosing a business name.

Only one thing, it is kind of slow. It works, sometimes takes a few seconds to update the auto-suggest filter list as user types locations and can also take a few seconds to add the marker even after user selects the auto-suggest item from the list.

The functionality is super intuitive and excellent, making it easy for newbies to add locations on the fly without needing them to know actual street addresses, which nobody would bother to enter. So the find by business or place name is perfect and then it just populates the geo-coordinates and the address info automatically.

How can we improve the auto-suggest responsiveness as the user types in map search looking for business or place names? It is limited by Leaflet API resource restrictions? Is there a way to improve that with paid API option for Leaflet?
