Possible to upload via Excel list?

I “think” I’ve answered you already on our support platform https://wpdarko.com/support, but just in case, Excel import is not implemented for this plugin unfortunately.

It’s actually a plugin built for small team (as you can see in the screenshots) and we didn’t think that such feature could be useful.

I’d like to add a team of 150 to 200 members.
Being a plugin for a small team, would you say this would cause problems?

Yes and no…

You can add 150-200 members with our plugin, you might run into a server issue: there’s a limit for the amount of data that can be saved on one page (I’m talking about the admin screen here). Now, to be completely honest with you, I think you are looking for a directory plugin. As you can see we built this plugin for small teams, and it may take a lot of space if you have 200 members.

Something worth noting is that our plugin allows you to create multiple teams. If you can split your members into different teams, for example Accounting, Sales, HR etc.. it would make things much easier, you could have 10-20 member teams and you could paste all your shortcodes one below the others (also easier to edit later on).

In actual fact, I need to have multiple teams as a means of hierarchy for presenting the team members.

I was thinking of doing exactly what you suggested, so I’m really happy to see your reply.

My teams would be something similar to:
Team 1 – 6 members
Team 2 – 20 members
Team 3 – 4 members
Team 4 – 4 members
Team 5 – The rest, up to as many as I can get

I can split Team 5 in smaller ones but not more than half.

Do you think following the above would eliminate the server issue?
The only reason I’m asking is because I currently have 145 team members and it’s going to be alot of work to add them.
Wish we could have an Excel import function, but I understand it’s beyond the scope of your plugin.

This should not trigger the server issue, I’m quite sure.

Unfortunately no Excel import function as you say, because of the amount of members in the average team. But we’ll maybe do that in the future.
