Possible Upgrades?

To whom it may concern,
Your plugin is amazing and has fit the needs of our company like a glove! We we do however have two questions regarding the plugin:
#1) Is it possible to add the shortcodes GUI icon to the “text” editor instead of just the “visual” editor.
#2) Is it possible to upload custom icons?
