    Hi,

    I was wandering if the following is possible :

    1. I buy a ticket
    2. I get ill just before the event
    3. I debrief/get out/unsubsribe of the event because I am ill
    4. ticket stock goes up again/is adjusted due to step 3.

    Is step 3 (and maybe 4) possible in the plugin? Maybe via a link in the mail you receive?

  • Hi there,

    It is only possible to refund/cancel an attendee by an admin in the WordPress dashboard.

    For RSVPs, if you require users to be logged in to be able to RSVP, users would be able to change their responses to “not going”.

    For tickets, the attendee would need to be deleted, which would adjust the remaining capacity to add the space back.
