Post a comment boxes collapsed on FarReach.org

I would like to have two comment boxes on https://www.FarReach.org :

https://www.farreach.org/i4skinhealth/ and on

https://www.farreach.org/donate-links-comment/

I have tried to un-collapse the boxes and have them as on

the Comment, Links, Order page on https://www.coordimed.com/home/

I also put links to the comments page at the bottom of each FarReach.or parent page but cannot get them to link to the comment etc page.

Could you please direct me to solutions for these problems?
