• Hi,

Thanks a lot again for coming up with the 1.10 compatibility so soon. I have been testing it for my site and it works fine for me till now.

But the only thing that I have seen go wrong is when I post a reply it does get saved but the page goes blank. I tried it on the basic theme(twentysixteen) and it was a problem even there.

Do you happen to know what might be the reason for it to not work?

Thank you once again for this plugin!

I would assume it can’t fetch the landing page in your case.
Can you verify the osT-Config –> Landing page Name: is set 100% correct with the ticket list page?
and that Osticket version is set to >= 1.9.14?

As it should pretty much re-direct you back instead of a white page.

I can confirm that those two are as you said they should be.

I do see the ticket list page without any problem. and even the version is set to the right level. Don’t know why it isn’t working.

I’m also getting blank page after creating a ticket.
    But ticket created.

    hmm thats odd.

You guys both run osticket v1.10 (stable no beta) ?
if so i would wonder if you can de-activate and re-activate the plugin (but do note this will reset all your settings such as email templates, db settings and so on).

I did it. still blank page after creating ticket.

    hmm.
It’s bit of a mistery what can cause that without php error log enabled.

Do you get it on the contact page? or logged in as user –> then create ticket?

If it’s contact page: what settings do you have enabled?

If it’s user page: Do you have help topics to a department?

Optionally: you can try and re-upload the latest plugin files? (as the day of publishing it took 2 uploads before getting it 100% right, had a small svn issue).

I, wp admin created from wp admin panel for a wp user.
After replying it refresh that ticket page.

If you want I can uninstall and install your plugin from wpadmin panel.
