    Hi Chris –

Thanks for the wonderful plugin. I have been experimenting with this a lot and I find it fascinating. I am a noob with php, html and other new programming languages but I am a programmer in old languages. So if it comes to crunch, I can learn and code.

The problem I am facing is this.
I have a series (Let us say Series A). It has three books. They have the following titles
    Series A #1,
    Series A #2,
    Series A #3

    Author is Author B.

I want to use an accordion so I want them to display one by one.
So I used the following shortcodes.

    [book-reviews Order_by=title Format=full?Author=”Author B”?title=”Series A #1″]

It shows all three reviews of the same Author.
If I remove the Author – I get all the reviews of all the authors.

So my question is Title= ” “ not allowed in the shortcodes?

Thanks and apologise if I have over explained.

    Hi Prasad —

You are correct, there is no parameter to display a single book review (by title or any other criteria), but I have a open enhancement ticket for adding support for that: https://github.com/jazzsequence/book-review-library/issues/11

Hi Thanks for the response –

Currently it is very important for me so I have gone to posting regularly but will keep an eye on the enhancement that you pointed out.

    A couple more then –

    1. I also think that the Awards, when selected, go to the top of the post. I feel they should be at the bottom or at least there should be choice.

    2. When I have a series that is being reviewed and I have multiple books that need to be printed, I use the short code – [book-reviews Order_by=title Format=full Author=”Author B”]. But the problem is that there is no proper separation between the reviews and if I have a separator inside the post (whether at the top or bottom), I still see that some stuff is out of the separator (Like Stock etc.,) and the Title and Author. So it does not look proper and professional. Can something be done about this also.

    Thanks.

These are both great ideas but would be better served as separate feature requests on the GitHub project page: https://github.com/jazzsequence/book-review-library/issues/new

Keep in mind that this is a free plugin that earns me no income whatsoever, so I can’t guarantee that any enhancements can be added within a particular time frame.
